What matters to us is that you are completely satisfied with what you purchase on the ARK/8 store.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can of course return your order and be refunded. Just make sure you do it within 28 days of receipt (counting from the day after you received your order) and that the product is in its original condition and packaging. This implies that the products must be:
Unworn, unwashed, undamaged;
With all original labels;
If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of a promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be billed separately;
Placed in the packaging in which you received it;
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not comply with this requirement.
Returns outside the 28 day time frame may be accepted solely at the discretion of ARK/8.
We do not process exchanges directly.
If you would like to replace an item, please follow the return procedure for your original item and then place a new order on our store for the new item.
PROCEDURE
Please follow the below steps to complete your return:
STEP 1
Please log in with your order number & email address via our returns portal:
explore.ark8.net/returns
Follow all steps on the portal which will then allow you to print your return label.
STEP 2
Please place the item in its original packaging and make sure it's sealed properly.
Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always enclose the return form.
STEP 3
Your return is now ready to be shipped. Depending on your location this will be via Royal Mail, UPS or DHL.
Please drop off at your closest drop off point - available to locate via the portal.
As mentioned above we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not comply with our requirements. In this case, it will not be sent back to you and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
