What matters to us is that you are completely satisfied with what you purchase on the ARK/8 store.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can of course return your order and be refunded. Just make sure you do it within 28 days of receipt (counting from the day after you received your order) and that the product is in its original condition and packaging. This implies that the products must be:
Unworn, unwashed, undamaged;
With all original labels;
If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of a promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be billed separately;
Placed in the packaging in which you received it;
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not comply with this requirement.
Returns outside the 28 day time frame may be accepted solely at the discretion of ARK/8.
We do not process exchanges directly.
If you would like to replace an item, please follow the return procedure for your original item and then place a new order on our store for the new item.
PROCEDURE
Visit explore.ark8.net/returns
Enter your order number including the '#' (eg #1234) and your postcode in the relevant fields.
Select which item in your order you would like to return, and select a reason from the options.
Once the ARK/8 team have approved the return, you will receive instructions on how to return your item and a postage label will be generated.
When your return is received and inspected we will process your refund.
